劉帥，男，漢族，1982年11月出生，2010年畢業于大連海洋大學食品科學專業，農學碩士。2013年9月考入東北林業大學細胞生物學專業攻讀博士，目前博士在讀。2011年到河套學院任教至今。先后承擔《食品原料學》、《食品加工機械與設備》、《食品標準與法規》、《食品藥品安全與質量控制技術》、《保健食品》等課程，現主要承擔《食品質量控制》及《食品安全與質量控制技術》專業必修課程教學工作。
