賴黎明，男，漢，1965年5月出生于河南省汝南縣，現為河套學院農學系教授，博士。主要研究領域是土壤健康評價與改良、農業生產對土壤與環境的影響。講授課程《土壤地理學》、《土壤改良學》與《農業應用統計學》。他曾在美國南達科他州立大學（South Dakota State University，USA）的數學統計系與植物學系學習和工作10年。在此期間，獲農學博士學位，專業是植物學（土壤學方向），曾任研究助理、博士后、高級研究助理。主要研究領域是土壤質量、土壤水質量與土壤溫室氣體的監測、評估、預測與改良。主要參與美國農業部和能源部項目2項、美國南達科他州立項目4項，發表SCI英文科研論文13篇。現主持河套學院科研項目2項。電子郵箱：Liming.Lai@qq.com
