劉帥,男,漢族,細(xì)胞生物學(xué)博士,副教授。主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)槭称飞锘钚晕镔|(zhì)及農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品深加工利用,現(xiàn)任食品質(zhì)量與安全教研室主任。
